Usually, the Tarsal Joint on each foot falls in different angles and degrees. This most likely makes one leg shorter than the other, as a result, people are limping. On top of that, on tilted hip bones, the spine cannot stand in alignment; as a result, scoliosis happens. To get rid of Scoliosis, we need to align hipbones first by aligning the anklebones again. And Inna Chon found out how to do the Hip bone Alignment test.
Hip alignment test: Applying a Weight on the Hip bones.
1. Sit on the front edge of a chair.
2. Move the shoulder forward to place the elbows over the knees and both hands slightly past the front of the feet on the ground.
3. Lift the weight that takes an effort for you to lift slowly; this will deliver the weight through the spine to the hip bones. First, without the orthotics and with the orthotics.
If the hip bones are tilted, your back muscles cannot function properly; so the lift is hard, but once align the hip bones with orthotics, your back muscles can function properly; so the lift becomes easier.
And we can imagine on the tilted hip bones, the weight slides off from it; as a result, it is making the lift hard. But the orthotics that align the anklebones realign the hip bones as well: thus, the weight can stay on it easily; so the lift gets easier.
