Walk through the Centerline of the Foot
Walk correctly means passing the body weight through the high medial arch that is built much stronger with 8 bones and 5 times thicker muscle for cushioning function than the low lateral arch that is built with only 4 bones and 5 times thinner muscles.
When making a step, while the other foot passing through the air, move the knee toward between the first and the second toe will deliver the body weight through the high medial arch.
W/out orthotics, most people have been walking on the low lateral arch and it became a habit; as a result some people’s legs become bow-legs. After getting the orthotics that make us pass the Anklebone Alignment test, we need to train ourselves to walk correctly moving our body weight through the high medial arch, which also is the centerline of the foot.
